Return & Refund Policy

This Return & Refund Policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled for products and services purchased from NUZN Infotech (“NUZN”, “we”, “us” or “our”). Because we provide software and digital services rather than physical goods, the terms below are specific to our offerings.
1. Software Licences & One-Time Purchases
Software licences and one-time product purchases are delivered digitally. Once access, credentials or installation have been provided, the purchase is considered delivered and is non-refundable, except where the software materially fails to perform its core documented functions and the issue cannot be resolved by our support team within a reasonable period.
2. Subscriptions (SaaS)
- You may cancel a subscription at any time; cancellation stops the next renewal and takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
- Fees already paid for the current period are non-refundable, and access continues until the end of that period.
- We do not provide pro-rated refunds for partial use of a billing period unless required by law.
3. Custom Development & Implementation Services
For custom software, implementation, integration and other project-based services, work begins on receipt of confirmation and advance payment. Amounts for work already performed (including analysis, design, development and deployment effort) are non-refundable. Any refund of unused advance is determined by the milestones completed as per the agreed proposal.
4. Requesting a Refund
To request a cancellation or refund, email info@nuzninfotech.com from your registered email with your invoice number and the reason for the request. We may ask for additional details to review eligibility.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method through our payment gateway, typically within 7–10 business days of approval. The time for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank or card issuer.
6. Non-Refundable Items
- Setup, onboarding, training and customisation fees once the work has been performed.
- Third-party costs incurred on your behalf (e.g. gateway charges, licences, hosting, SMS/WhatsApp credits).
- Renewals not cancelled before the renewal date.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page.
