1. Nature of Delivery
Our products (software licences and SaaS subscriptions) and services (custom development, implementation, cloud, AI, mobile and IT services) are delivered digitally — through account access, login credentials, downloadable software, cloud provisioning or remote deployment. No goods are physically shipped or couriered.
2. Delivery Timelines
- Subscriptions & ready products — access credentials are typically provisioned within 1–3 business days of successful payment and completion of any required onboarding details.
- Implementation & setup — where configuration, data migration or training is included, delivery is completed as per the timeline agreed in your proposal or order.
- Custom development — delivery follows the milestones and schedule defined in the project agreement.
3. Delivery Confirmation
Delivery is confirmed by email to your registered address, containing access details or deployment confirmation. Please ensure your contact email is accurate at the time of purchase.
4. Delays
Occasionally delivery may be delayed due to incomplete information, pending approvals, or dependencies on third-party services. We will keep you informed and work to complete delivery promptly.
5. Support After Delivery
